Vodacom Store Menlyn Poor Service

On 18/12/2013 at arround 15:30 I walk into the Menlyn Vodashop just to buy a prepaid nano sim card, I asked the lady that was standing at the door, what was need, and she told me my ID and proof of res, and i told her that, I don't have an ID as mine was lost and I'm still waiting for my new one, but i have my driver's license. She went and asked on of the sales consultant who said it was fine, they will help. After standing for more that 30 min in the que i was call by one of consulted and she told me that they will not accept the driver's lisence for RICA, and when i explained to her that i asked first before i could stand in line, she was arrogant and say i must go to the person that said will help, because she was going on lunch

Now i have waisted 30 min of my precious time standing in the que, and dey could not were not willing to help! even the store manager had no interest in my issue and just chose to show me off!

I'm seriously offended by the way i was treated by the staff there and their arrogancy toward me.

If they can't service their customer right then theymight as well close their doors!!!
