I went to the Gateway NWJ and was totally taken by surprise by the store managers attitude. I was standing and waiting to be served for 5 mins while all 3 of the sales assistance were standing listening to another customers story. When I noticed they were not acknowledging me, I asked if I could be helped as 3 people are assisting one person. The store manager came around but was very annoyed with me and acted as thought I cannot afford anything from the store and shouted at me saying they are all busy with other clients. There was only 1 other client in the store. I said its fine I will go to another store asked for the ladies name which she said was Rani. I have been a faithful client of NWJ chatsworth and Centurion and was never treated with such disrespect. An hour later, as well as R25 000 later, I became a faithful client of Browns. I have lost all faith in NWJ and their customer service.
