I was advised by customer service that I can do a premature upgrade. I went to Vodashop Nelspruit only to find out the information supplied by the consultant was false. I requested that management listened to to recorded conversation. Vodacom confirmed the given advice by their consultant. An apology had to sirvace for my wasted time. Vodacom's customer/client relationship is questionable. After more than seven years and having spend over R40 000 during that period you would only remain a "number"!
