I took out a contract with Vodacom last year some time in may or june 2013 upon the application the consultant asked me if I wanted insurance on the phone and I replied and saying on;y insure the main number because my girlfriend doesn't want the insure. Im the month of January 2014 I was mugged and than called in to vodacom customer care to put through a claim I faxed through all the relevent documentation only for the consultant to come back to me and tell me that I have no insurance on both the phones when the specifically asked for insurance on the main number which belonged to me.
