My account was in arrears so my phone was disconnected due to not paying, & then i finally paid, i expected to be connected again shortly but that didn't'happen i called the call centre for assistance they told me i'll be reconnected soon after, which didn't' happen, after multiple calls i was told that "there are technical issues in regards to the reconnection of my account it will take another 24 hours" so meaning i won't have Internet & outgoing calls for another day i'm really furious with this because u know when to disconnect my account but when you have to reconnect u telling me " you have technical issues" & who's problem is that? i was billed R60 for non payment. So please stop people of their money & start delivering & doing your jo
