Attitude, Disrespectful and Vindictive Agent

Background:

I am a brand new DSTV customer as of this past Sunday, 26/01/2014. I was told to pay my subscription within 48 hours after I had called Multichoice to get connected as a customer. I made the payment via internet banking ON THE SAME DAY from a Standard Bank account, knowing that it would take about one business day to reflect on ABSA bank's side.

Last night my girlfriend called me to say that DSTV was suspended, and I told her I'd resolve it when I got home - I work till after 7pm. I called around 19:50 and I didn't catch the woman's name that answered my call. She didn't ask me for proof of payment or anything but reconnected my service while I was on the line with her. She told me I had to send proof of payment to them so that my reconnection fee of R50 would be reversed, to which I responded that I didn't see why I needed to do that because they could clearly see I paid in time. She gave me a lot of attitude, saying she's had a long day and doesn't want to fight over "just R50". More lip from her, then I asked if calls are recorded, she said yes, after a pause. I asked her for her name and she promptly dropped the call AND she DISCONNECTED my service again!
