After a previous complaint I received a call from you promising to update the signal issues by end of November. Looks like it was yet again another empty promise.
I cannot use my phone as it does not have signal most of the time and since two days ago, it is all the time. I am missing calls, emails, etc and Cell C is now costing me money. I have been with Cell C for years.
Stop selling phones and Sim cards if you do not have the infrastructure!!! I feel that the public should know about these problems.
