After I was assured that my issues would be fixed and my account will be credited with the amount that was wrongfully charged.
I waited for the new statement.
Not only did Virgin Mobile duplicate the statement they sent me in June, instead of crediting me the amount owed to me, they debited the amount. Now I have to pay double for wrongful charges!!!
they also charged me for all the same calls and invoiced me again in July on a statement that was only sent the 21st of July...
What is going on? I have never seen anything like this in my life!!!
