I want to move my "internet bundle" to another company, but for the past week I dial 10210, option 4 and the phone just endlessly ring. I've tried different times of the day and I even phoned another department to get help. They supplied my an email address to forward my issue to, which I did, but since I sent it 2 days ago, I still haven't got any response from Telkom.
TELKOM IS THE WORSE COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH FROM DAY ONE!
