I've been experiencing terrible internet speed, especially international for a month now. Have phoned 3 times to get this resolved but it does not get any better. The call centre person (s) tried various things however it did not work - it's still slooooowwwwww
I'm also trying to cancel my Telkom Internet but I've had 4 calls to the cancellations option, all averaging around 30 minutes or so yet no one picks up. It's a joke!
