1. Requested a sim swop on the 11th Dec and still don't have an activated swopped sim. Was told that a sim swap takes 24hrs to be activated.
2. Asked that my account be sent to my postal address. I updated all my info and the request for that on the 10thSept. However on the 11thDec i had to complete another document as told by the Trainee Sales Rep. The trainee rep, Roelof, went to ask advice, and came back saying they are too busy at the back to come and help him to change the settings on the computer so that the account can be delivered to my postal address. He then gave me the form to complete that he was supplied. I told him but it was updated on the 10th Sept so why again.
3. The trainee rep, Roelof, doesn't have access to the Vodacom system and then log in under other staff's login / username and password in his effort to help the customer. Maybe Vodacom should create trainee logins at the various outlets, to prevent this type of security breach as I overheard some of the logins and passwords.
4. Incase Vodacom staff want to phone me don't phone from a private or a blocked number as I don't answer those calls
