However keep the guy with the name of Kevin (trainee) away from your clients. He is pip squeak that must learn his place and keep his comments for his friend or to himself. I did not appreciate his overall attitude and also his comments.
I was busy with another consultant (Lebo) when he had the audacity to chip in and give his point of view with out my asking for it. And when i asked him for his name he has an attitude. I'm the customer you need to respect my concerns and don't come in half way through a conversation to add your comments.
If a client asks for a product listen and then comment. Also you as a company lost out on a sale of a new phone and accessories due to lack of "interest" or "incompetence" or not willing to assist.
