This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life and i can't wait for my contract to end so i can move to another network that maybe cares about their customers. The service from Cell C is pathetic and is getting worse day by day. I brought in my phone for repairs and it took them 2 weeks to give me an answer. Eventually when they respond i get told i have to pay R2300 for the repairs for a phone that is under warranty, the store confirmed when i brought it in that the phone is under warranty. Then i get told if i reject the quote i will only have to pay half the amount. I will never advise anyone to take a contract with Cell C. The damage on the phone was caused by a faulty battery that comes with the Samsung and why am i being held liable for hardware fault that i have no control over. For the fact that this is my 8th year with Cell C and they have let me down so many times is very disappointing.
