MAILBOX STUPIDITY

Firstly it took telkom 2 MONTHS to get me a mailbox I ordered in the Walmer Park Store. The consultants in the store were very helpful but unfortunately could not do anything. I eventually got my mailbox but I had asked to keep the email address of [Email Removed] so that I could CONTINUE to receive my emails, especially bank statements and so on. Telkom gave me a mailbox with the address [Email Removed] NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! Today, Thursday 31 January, I spent an hour on the phone asking to get the email address of [Email Removed] to be added to [Email Removed] so that i could receive my emails... I was given a new sms with a new password but [Email Removed] was NOT added. Need it done ASAP! Last chance or I cancel and move my ISP to the hands of MTN.
