I've been personally waiting here for more than an hour, since I've been in the line all 3 consultants are still attending to the same individual customer. Its not the first time I had to wait this long on the previous occasion I was told their systems were slow, I guess they still haven't upggraded yetan hour later and I'm 4th on the line. I truely pity those that are behind me ..nd just for the record my contract is with Vodacom, unfortunately my employer account is with MTN else would have chanaged a long time ago..
