About a month ago I struggled with the exact same problem. Have to wait at least 1 hour on the phone to be able to speak to someone in order to fix my problem. What was the referring comment when contacted. Sorry sure we have over a 100 people attending customers calls and this should never happen. It was probably a once of event. Well guess what, it is happening again.
How long does it take to solve my problem. 10 seconds!!
How long do I have to wait for it to be solved? 1 or more hours!!
Guess streaming from a uncapped Internet line will be the best solution for this problem!!
