Very very disappointed

Staff at the Telekom mobile office at trade route mall are very helpful and friendly I have applied for mobiles that were approved by telkom 2 weeks ago apparently Bharat Who Is The Manager At The store Made The Staff Reapply For My Contracts Huh! What I know is you apply for your phone's either they approve you decline you get approved and you collect your phones, the phones were approved! And it's two weeks now and apparently the lines are activated These are Christmas presents for my staff
