Poor Service, Unhelpful, No Interest

My wife and I applied for a contract (from the brochure) at Telkom Mobile Trade Route Mall on 23rd Sep 2013. We we told that there is a '24 hr' response time. The contracts were for the Samsung S4 for both of us, however, my wife chose the deal on Pg 14, and I had chosen the deal on Pg 24. We were assured that we would get a response the next day. We had contacted the branch towards the end of the 24th as we received no correspondence, and Muhammed had said, 'take it as though the contracts have been approved because they did not decline it'. We had then contacted them on the 25th, left numerous messages, and he did not return the calls. On the 26th, we got a call to say that they have received the stock, and that we should come in to collect the phones. Upon arrival, we waited for about 2 hours for the paperwork to be done, and also, they did not have the colour that my wife wanted. They then said that my wife's contract has been declined, and that my contract is only for business, despite the fineprint at the bottom stating that mobile deals are to all customers. Edgar (manager) promised to call at 11, which he didn't do on time, and no correspondence or effort is shown! BAD!!!
