I have been talking to Telkom on my customer's behalf and this was the third time I needed to log a call. The call centre agents never listen to the issue at hand and every single time they want to refresh the connection / reset the port and I tell them that it doesn't resolve the problem. The connection drops intermittendly and the router needs to be rebooted. We bought a new ADSL router, we bought another ADSL account from another ISP and still the problem persists. So what remains??? The line... But when I log the call they tell me there is nothing wrong with the line...
What can be done to escalate this as it seems that I am not getting the message through to anyone at Telkom.
