Unable to report a ADSL problem to Telkom for the past 2 weeks
i am calling the call center number to report a adsl problem 10210 the system takes you through all the questions and promps and when it needs to connect you with an operator the system just cust of your call
THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AS IT TAKES UP TO 5 MINUTES TO GET TO THE POINT TO BE CONEECTED TO AN OPERATOR JUST TO BE DISCONECTED.
This is really frustrating and plain bad service customer service!!!
