Poor service

My phone was on Saturday. I went to vodacom store yesterday to do a sim swap. Its been more than 24 hours now and the sim is still not active. I have been calling the 111 call centre which states that there is no record of my sim swap. How is this possible?? I called the Centurion mall store today again which states there is "some error" This is completely unacceptable, as I have already paid for a service which I am not receiving.

I also have called 3 times to blacklist the handset. Each occassion the system is either offline or has an error. I was emailed the forms today but the fax number 0115469017 does not work!! I need my phone blacklisted so I can receive the ITC number on an ACTIVE number so that I may make a case and claim from insurance. Can this please be sorted out asap. Between the instore mall and call centre I am at my wits end!!
