Call limit not enforced

Call limit of R100 set on my contract. This has been exceeded every month, and in Oct allowed to exceed R1900 and November R1100. What is the point of requesting a limit when it is not enforced? To allow the service provider to make the money anyway, that's why. Calling the call centre is of now help, all you get is textbook answers, you get told to call another number or to request itemized billing, neither of which answers the query. The lack of understanding of customer-centricity and service above all else is sorely lacking. I have been with vodacom for 10-12 years now and have even migrated other contracts to them, but I have never experienced the treatment before that I have had to endure in the past few months. There is NO access to meaningful escalation that results in resolution, just more and more promises. K@kkest network by far!
