MTN CONTINUE TO CONSUMERS

It has been a month and MTN have not responded to my query logged on 24 November 2013 regarding the various debits on my data card 0832557525 allegedly for SMS that have been sent from a SIM card that is permanently in a modem that is not used for voice or SMS. They continue to debit me for SMS that we don't send. Allegedly to a cellphone number that does not even exist - I found this out when they insisted I take up itemized billing at an additional cost of R21... Imagine this, MTN has 21 million subscribers in South Africa alone and if they debit each subscriber with an average of R5 per month - that is a whopping R105 million taken for nothing... and they don't have the courtesy of investigating this - it is time to go to the SANPS and open a case against MTN.
