I acknowledge that I could not pay for 2 months due to severe financial constraints, however I can confirm that the line was disconnected and I had no use of the internet or landline thereafter. I intend to pay the arrears by month end. The agreement I have with Telkom is on a month to month basis, as in no pay, no internet, etc. I therefore fail to understand why the arrears is now accumulating on my account. Kindly rectify this in order to reflect two months' outstanding payment and I will settle my debt by the end of this year.
