I previous lost my phone. It was bad for me because i lost much on it but i told my self i'm not the only person to loose a cellphone. I have insured my phone via MTN for things like this and i was told that "if i loose my phone i will get a new one".i called MTN Insurance department several times and still i'm not having Joy.i mean like come on since July2013 and no response and when i call the call center no one can assist, its either i don't get a consultant or someone put me on hold for maximum of two minutes.time is money
