My cellphone was on the 16th of october 2013 i reported and filled the claim form on the 21st of october and called the call centre after 4days. I was told the claim form was not received so i faxed it and called after 24 hrs to be told that it was not received again. I went to MTN and asked them to fax it for me, called again after 24 hrs but the claim form was still not received. I called the call center and chose the option of speaking to a consultant but never succeeded unless if it is after 5 the insurance people have left so obviously the person could not assist since she is not working with claims. I went to MTN in menlyn on friday but got no help still after waisting about an hour an a half on the que. I called again just now but could not stand holding the line that's when i decided to say something here because I see people got response.
