Phone cut after payment

I paid my account via internet transfer, on my MTN phone, because my Telkom line was down. I made the payment on 12 December 2013 and by today, it was still down. After holding for an agent at the call centre for nearly an hour, my call was dropped by Telkom. I tried again and again until my ear was hotter than my hatred for this horrible monopoly. I have lost all faith in our bureaucratic parastatal and it's unreliable systems. I am without a landline and internet and this is becoming a bigger and bigger problem by the second. My temper is also flaring up as the clock ticks by and I have to rely on alternative services.
