I applied for a cotract phone on the 4th of december 2013 and received a response on the 7nth saying my application was approved.

I went there on monday the 9nth December 2013 to collect my phone, to my surprise after queing, i was told my credit limit does not allow me to take another phone, my question is? how did they approve my application without checking if my credit limit allows me another phone or not?

The consultant told me he will contact MTN so that they can increase my credit limit and told me he will call me, he never called me, i am the one who is always calling him to ask for feedback which he does not have and keeps promising me he will call me.

Today i called him and had to hold the line for 20 minutes for him and still didnt get through to him.
I had a bad experience and i always recive the best service at MTN STORES in malls, and i have decided i am gonna cancel this application and go apply somewhere else were they will give me the best service.

It was my first time at MTN STANDARDBANK CENTER and they will never see me again, why must i call and call and wait for them?
