Still not resolved

I refer to my previous complaint, https:///autopage/complaints/altech-autopage-has-serious-bad-service-1266974.

This has STILL not been resolved.

The number has been ported, however, the old contract (Weekend plus) is still in place and not the Smart S plan as per the new contract that has been signed.

Its now almost 3 weeks, this is very unprofessional...
