We've been trying to get a handset upgrade / contract renewal for the past two weeks through MTN Business - Commerce Square. The responses are slow, and non-responsive and the agent is not available on a direct line to try and get this resolved. Here is a response to one of the complaints: "Your complaint has been forwarded to MTN. MTN has been asked to contact you by Tuesday, 14th January 2014 . If they don't we will contact you."
