I recently upgraded my phone, i called the Vodacom upgrades center on the 27/11/13 and spoke to the agent about an upgrade. I asked about an upgrade and was told i could get the phone for free and the contract was R635 (or somewhere around there) a month. I asked for confirmation that the phone was for free and i was told yes it was. I received my account in January and it has a handset charge (24 Months Handset Installment) of R330. I reported it on the 9th of January and got no response from Vodacom, i then reported it again on the 5th and was told i would get a response within 24 hours. I am still waiting for a response. I have a reference for the call on the 5th (328602980). I feel that i have been mislead by the agent and now i do not even get a response from Vodacom.
