I upgrade my Data Package in Aug 2012 to 2Gb for R 89.00 p.m. but I am still billed R253.51 for 1Gb package. After struggling to get me statements I received electronic one's in Aug 13, upon which I noticed that I was still billed for the Previous package. I logged a call at the MTN Franchise in Elridge Corner at the end of Aug to log a call and spoke to Braam Delport. After supplying him with the only letter I had from the contract which I signed for my upgrade he finally logged a call on the 13th of Sept 13 REQ:2597954. I have followed up with him numerous times to supply me with the USD number which he mailed to me on the 6th of November only. I notice that the status of the call was closed, yet nothing has been done about the incorrect charge to my account. I again contacted him and could not get an answer, but he said that he logged a call again, I requested that he sent me the log no again, which i still haven't received. I have sent numerous mails again and only response I get is that he will follow up. Will something be done now, let's wait and see.
