For the past 6-7 months we have been experiencing extremely slow Internet speeds, ever since we upgrading to an Uncapped package. The average download speed we receive is .70 Mbps, even though we are paying for a 4 Mbps line!
Calling in for technical support is extremely frustrating and never amounts to anything. After waiting on hold for roughly an hour, I am usually greeted by a consultant who has no idea how to resolve my issue and always ends up promising to send a technician out to my home within 2-3 working days. I am yet to meet one of these technicians and the issue has yet to be resolved.
My family and I rely heavily on the Internet and this issue has inconvenienced us tremendously. We have never been more disgusted in the product and customer service of any company before.
Telkom takes the cake when it comes to BAD SERVICE!
