Utterly Disgusted: how convenient to reply on Hello Peter to a complaint that Vodacom has not really resolved service request numbers S3-T0623-3QZUV dated 2/9 NEVER BEEN CONTACTED S3-T1M3Q-QNDU1 dated 18/9 NEVER BEEN CONTACTED what happened to my data bundles if it worked fine before why did it suddenly stop working last week? what explanation does vodacom have, a 3month old phone already having had its keypad replaced.
WHAT IS VODACOM GOING TO DO TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER? I AM ENQUIRING ON OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.
YOUR HELLO PETER WACTHMEN STATED ON THE 30.09.13 I WILL BE CONTACTED GUESS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING ON THE 07.10.2013.
I AM GOING TO LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES IN GETTING YOUR ATTENTION, MAYBE CARTE BLANCHE
