Service Nos S3-T9L2W-WMJ2I and S3-T9M2O-O6NY9 refer. I was phoned by Elite Mobile and talked into upgrading my phone at the end of my contract. I didn't like the phone I received and returned it after 5 days, Elite Mobile requested a reversal on 26th November, and another one some days later. I am still waiting for the new contract to be reversed/cancelled, so that I can take out a contract with the phone I like. Elite Mobile tell me the hold up is with Vodacom - there is a 'back-log' in the 'Trade Partners Dept' - if there is such a backlog, surely they need more people deployed in that department??? WHEN will my contract be reversed/cancelled??? I am so disgusted with the service, or lack thereof, from Vodacom.
