At the beginning of october we upgraded from 1MB premium to 2MB standard, we then got throttled, and I understand why, because the support guy who called explained and we then downgraded back to the 1MB premium, but ever since the speed hasn't been the same and I've noticed that we're being throttled again, and I don't use that much data probably about 20GB a month most of the time less so why are we being throttled now. I know that users are throttled via the avg. usage per user, but 20GB couldn't be that much on the 1MB uncapped.
