Money dissappeared

To whom it may concern,

I bought R110 airtime today. I then bought a R45 sms bundle (200 sms's). It said "result unknown".
Then I did it again and I got my R45 sms bundle. Then I checked my airtime and I only have R20 left! This is ridiculous. I should have R65 left! I only had 200 sms's. Somehow my money is just missing.

Please could my R45 be refunded?
