For about a week now I have been unable to receive any sms's on my phone. I went to the MTN store on Rietfontein road in Boksburg and they logged a USD and informed me that the issue will be sorted out within 24 hours. It is now passed the 24 hour time line!! I contacted the Call Centre and they said my issue hasn't been dealt with yet. This is absolutely disgusting service. This is impacting my personal life as I am not able to perform Internet banking. I have accounts which need to be paid!!! I am utterly disgusted in the service I am receiving!!!
