I am very unhappy, I feel I have been cheated by your billing. I bought airtime of R110, intending to then buy data via *111# (the promotional 500mb R99 promo). When I tried to purchase the data your systems did not work, consequently I have been charged R2 per meg (highly expensive vs. other competition), because I couldn't buy a bundle from your broken down system. How does vodacom justify being able to pull money from our accounts, but when we try to buy services we can't as consumers, and therefore you benefit from charging me out of bundle rates, when I tried to buy a bundle and couldn't.
