I received a gift and understand that it should have the tags or receipt to exchange, but this was a surprize party and a pool of gifts where put together, I got a pj set that is to small, the staff at Truworths Tokai was so unfriendly and will not call the manager. I can not go back to 30 people and ask them who gave me this, you can clearly see Peep is a Truworths Brand, The kimble is on i never wore this, what should i do with this now and yes people should get gift receipts but i can assure you that the staff dont mention that when you purchasing. I would expect a high end store like truworths learn from woolworths that you can clearly judge if the product was used and if its not exchangeable. Will not support this store again and will spread the word go shop were staff know there products.
