Incorrect billing/ poor service

I have a blackberry and I pay for BIS. I realised last month that I am being billed for data when I am not making another downloads etc. I complained about this and was basically told -tough luck - you are doing something to incur this expenses and the money will be deducted. This month however, after 8 days, I was informed that my money was used up. This has never happened to me and when I queried this, I was told it was due to data and airtime usage. I have phoned and emailed repeatedly to ask for access to this data account to see what I have supposedly spent my money on, only to be told that I have to wait for my account to come next month. I am telling them it is wrong now and now have to go on pay as you go until this is solved. No one there is interested.
