Bad service

I received a call by a Pierre Grant Christian who works at the 8ta selldirect call centre. He sold me a contract which include the S3 Samsung phone. Upon delivery, I did not check the package until I had got home. I received a Samsung Galaxy pocket phone. I have been trying to contact the 8ta enquiries office to no avail. I am highly frustrated as I only have 5days in which to return the phone until I am liable for it. Today is the 5th day and everytime I call the number (021 001 7500), someone disconnects my call or it continues to ring. There is no email address that I can foward my complaint either.
