OBF Policy disregarded. New Phone not working

7th Dec 2013 i puchased a Blackberry 9320 from Vodacom, i considered them to be professional and efficient, however this is not the case. the Sim card was only activated on the 13th Dec2013 i was not able to use the phone for 5days. Totally devastated! I paid the necessary payment required for the 24month Contract i thought i had with Vodacom after being informed by Smakaleng a supervisor that my Contract will only commence after the activation date so as the OBF Within an hour of the phone being active on the 13th Dec there were apparent defects I immediately went to the shop about this only to be assisted by a guy called Zaza who told me that policy, OBF does not apply even with any defects within the 7day policy Vodacom is not taking that phone, and that i should leave with a non functioning phone and use it for 24 months.i should pick a fight with whoever sold me the phone instead of helping meWhere is the justice in that. Every month my money will be deducted for a phone that i wont be able to use. As a customer i deserve to be treated with respect and how can you take my money and give me a phone that has a factory fault.and humiliated like that i am entitled to my money's worth.
