All together poor customer service/ incompetence

Dear Cell C

I shall be succint due to limited characters. I have had to deal with incompetence from day 1, when my Iphone5 from Cell C direct was delivered with a micro instead of nanosim, followed by errors with number porting. This took hours on the phone and multiple in-store trips to resolve. Currently the iphone has a hardware issue with the wifi chip. It has been impossible to resolve as the contract as under my father's name [Email Removed] 0796984046) located in Durban, and I am located in Cape Town. We have been told its impossible to get authorisation for me to take the phone in and that it takes 21 days before testing is done (which is ridiculous considering the iphone takes a nanosim unusable in other phones). I expect a technician to test the phone in my presence and a simple swap out to occur.

I shall be in Durban from 20th to 28th and I expect this to be escalated to a more senior/ skilled staff member who can deal with it efficiently in this week. A phone call to my father and I will be required for complete information. Alternatively, I shall have to lay an official complaint as per the Consumer Protection Act and request immediate cancellation.
