With MTN you only a numbe
How difficult is it to do a simple simswop from I phone to blackberry phone. Have been to the irene MTN shop twice now and yesterday at the centurion mall MTN shop with no luck - my simswop still has not been activated now after 3 days . I have been a client for 17 years and you cant complain about the service as there is no service. Phoned Barend at the MTN irene yesterday to tell him still not working and he said he will check and try get it working - no phone call back to check if it is working . Not interested at all in their clients . I am just a number for MTN . I got a account for R6000.00 last month - asked them to relook my package on the data - their answer to me not much we can do sorry .???? so must i be happy to pay R6000.00 every month? sorry cant afford that . As soon as my contract expires i am moving to vodacom as they give far better service and packages and actually care about their loyal clients .very dissapointed in MTN after all these loyal years to them - but no loyalty from their side .
