My telephone line is out of order since 05/12/2013, I reported it several times and every time Telkom wants to clear the fault without fixing it.
What is going on Telkom, can you not get 'n your technical staff to fix the problem, why is your service so poor or can we call it "NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM"?
You better fix the problem within 24 hours, if not all will brake lose.
