Wrong Contract Initiated

I signed up for a 2gig top-up data account. The consultant, Mbali Masango, at Vodashop Brooklyn says that a top-up contract was activated, but i received an open account. My account is now blocked, and i have to pay the outstanding amount less than a month after activation.
