No reaction on reported Telkom STAR fault

Reported a Telkom STAR fault 3 times and still no reaction, Telkom Ref number 43340/31/091013. Now my phone is suddenly dead, most probably because Telkom did not respond. The telephone line is hanging so low that small children can play with it. Telkom is very fast to offer you all sort of services but they cannot even maintain a simple fault that will take them less than 30 minutes.
