BREAKING CONTRACT TO SUITE MTN PROFITS

A MTN contract which is 10 years plus old was upgraded for a new 24 month period based on a advertisement of free mtn-to-mtn minutes.

Before the contract was signed it was asked what was the terms and conditions of the free minutes. The free minutes was anytime minutes and thus the contract was signed.

The minutes was not forth coming and the matter was taken to the local MTN shop. Again is was confirmed that the free minutes was anytime minutes and the matter was reported to the MTN call centre with ref number: 103152309. The feedback was that there is a system problem and that the money deducted will be refunded at the new billing period.

This did not happen and on 28th August 2013 is was followed up and was told that the call number did not exist. The matter was again reported again ref number: 103482511 and after the phone was put done on 3 occasions and holding on for 44 minutes we finally got hold of a supervisor.

Baber the supervisor informed that there is a problem and that he will get back with a answer.

Two weeks passed and no feedback. Had to phone again and the second reference number now also does not exist on the MTN system.

Very poor client service.
