Yet again disappointing service

I went to open a contract yesterday at mtn in K90 with the lady there being very helpful. Told it would take 24hours for approval (vodacom was 5minutes). 2 years ago 2 contracts were opened against my name at mtn which after a week of fighting was eventually cancelled thanks to hellopeter. Now I get called to say they cannot give me a contract because I need to get hold of their department for proof that those contract weren't mine... from 2 years ago... that mtn cancelled!!! Shouldn't this be on their system already??? After 2 days of trying to contact the department it either rings or line gets cut or people say they will call you back and nothing. Calls. Emails. New forms. Even a Facebook message. Not one reply. Why??? An why should I now fight 2 years later for something tht was mtn's problem to start with??? I'm starting to think that the extra R200 a month for the same contract at vodacom is the better option... been with them for 11 years and not once have I received this bad service. If this is the service before a contract I don't want to know what their service will be like when a contract is open.
